What's the difference between pressure washing and soft washing?

Pressure washing uses high-pressure water to blast grime off hard surfaces like concrete driveways, walkways, and brick. Soft washing uses low pressure combined with eco-safe detergents to gently clean delicate surfaces like roofs, siding, and painted wood — cleaning thoroughly without any risk of damage. We choose the right method for each surface, every time.

Will pressure washing damage my roof or siding?

No. We never blast delicate surfaces with high pressure. Roofs, vinyl siding, and stucco are always treated with our low-pressure soft wash system, which lifts algae, moss, and streaks safely. Our technicians are trained to match the exact pressure and solution to each material.

How long does a typical service take?

Most residential jobs are completed the same day — a driveway or house wash usually takes 1–3 hours, while a full-property clean may take a bit longer. When you book, we’ll give you an estimated time window and confirm it within a couple of hours.

Are your cleaning products safe for pets, plants, and kids?

Yes. We use biodegradable, eco-safe detergents and rinse thoroughly after every job. Our solutions are effective on grime and mildew but gentle on your landscaping, and completely safe for your family and pets once the surface has dried.

Do I need to be home during the service?

Not necessarily. As long as our crew has access to the areas being cleaned and an outdoor water source, you don’t have to be present. Many of our commercial clients schedule washes before opening hours. We’ll always confirm details with you ahead of time.

How often should I have my property cleaned?

For most homes, we recommend a full exterior wash once a year, with driveways and high-traffic areas cleaned every 6 months. Roofs and gutters benefit from annual soft washing to prevent algae and buildup. Commercial storefronts often do best on a quarterly schedule to maintain a fresh appearance.
